So i grabbed the ammunition code from the first ship and I inserted it in to the exact place on the second ship. weird, you would think there would be something there to say 'ammunition is equal to 0' or something like that, you know a place holder or something. I found my second ship (both are uniquely named) and there is not an ammunition entry. I saved my game, I opened my save file with Notepad++ i found my first ship and everything is in place just like you said. So I decided to try the cheat method, at least it is not boring. Just want you devs to know this is not fun. I have been staring at an unmoving ship for an hour. Ok I tried buying the drones from a factory and sold them to the ship yard, they showed up in the ship trader's dialog, I closed the deal, my money was removed, my Lyranea moved all the way around and got into position to enter the ship bay. are cargo lifter drones so you can add them to the ships ammunition like below. Before editing rename your ship so you can find it in the save file using control + F.

If you destroy the dronebay you destroy the drones so when capturing you may want to leave the drone bay intact.
